A Festival Created with Purpose
At the heart of Wind Fest stands Sailing Club Delfin — founded in 1951 and one of the key pillars of sailing in Montenegro. For decades, Delfin has been more than a club. It has been a school of life, where generations learned patience, responsibility, teamwork, and respect for nature.
Wind Fest is a natural continuation of that story — growing from a local dock into a platform that connects people, ideas, and generations, while staying true to the values of the sea.
